CNPC and China Development Bank sign long-term strategic cooperation agreement

On September 8, CNPC signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with China Development Bank (CDB) at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Under the agreement, CDB will provide CNPC a financing limit of USD 30 billion with favorable interest rate in the next five years to ensure the rapid development of its overseas business.

    
CNPC Chief Financial Officer Wang Guoliang and CDB Vice President Zheng Zhijie singed the agreement on behalves of two sides.
